Increasing Revenue Through Mobility

It’s happening! After more than a year of closed venues, inconsistent opening times, and general uncertainty the world is starting to open up again.

From the UK, which saw a partial return to trading for venues with outdoor seating on the 12th April; to Norway, that is putting in place plans to give more venues access to outdoor seating; to Australia, that has been back at it for 3 months or so; to the US, where up to 60% of operators in some states have added outdoor service; to parts of Europe, who are allowing limited outdoor service, the world is, thankfully, moving in the right direction when it comes to allowing guests back in to venues.

With guest safety at the forefront of every one's mind, our clients around the world are embracing new ways of thinking about how to maximise the revenue generating capabilities of their venues, and one consistent strategy we’re seeing is to increase their serving capabilities through the use of portable bar stations.

Fully self-contained bar stations, designed to provide the full functionality of a regular bar, but on a mobile frame, allows venues the capability to increase their volumes and the flexibility to use the entirety of their venue to do so.

It used to be that mobile bars, or portable bars where an afterthought, a temporary quick fix to relieve some of the burden on the main bar during one-off events or busy days. Not anymore.

Our ALMA series was born out of a challenge, to create a mobile bar system, that looks and feels like a regular, stationary bar, but with the ability to be moved to best adapt to a venues needs, with no compromise on functionality.  Loaded with features such as robust, powder coated steel panelling, integrated stand alone clean/dirty water system with tin rinser and faucet, insulated ice well, a range of under-counter storage options, heavy duty 100mm steel wheels and an integrated service drip tray, the ALMA series is adding another dimension to the service capabilities of venues around the world.
