Tjeld aimed to redefine patrons' expectations by pairing freshly caught oysters with meticulously crafted cocktails, challenging the notion that oysters exclusively complement Champagne.⁠

In collaboration with Julia Filippova and Aleksandrs Sadovskis, we created a signature bar station for Tjeld. The bar features two custom Tayer stations, integrated cooling, and a unique oyster preparation area. Placed strategically at the center of the room, the bar stands as the focal point of the venue.⁠
