We always like to think of the bar as the heart of the venue. At Vaquera Verde, a local organic Mexican plant-based restaurant in Oslo, the bar is literally at the center of the venue. It stands on a little platform as if overlooking the guests and making sure everyone is having fun. When you’re preparing drinks there, you have the peak view, and only a little nod is enough to communicate with the guest whose glass is becoming empty.

The bar itself is our classic single Paloma with a back bar – a flush, kitchen counter style bar, which features our signature tool wells and flex wells that give the workspace a lot of flexibility. You can also find our tiered bottle rack – a more ergonomic and comfortable solution than the classic speed rack.

We think the Paloma really shines in this venue, not only is it the centerpiece, but it also enables the people working behind it to make drinks faster and to have everything that is needed for those beautiful Mexican cocktails!
