The Rabbithole Bar is a venue that thrives on experimentation. They craft 90% of their menu in-house, creating unique homemade ingredients, syrups, liqueurs, and infusions through various techniques. While they embrace innovation, they also pay homage to the classics, with a particular focus on whisk(e)y and rum.
But it's not just about the drinks. The Rabbithole offers training sessions and tastings, along with the opportunity to enjoy a cigar in one of their two lounges, either from their selection or your own.
The bar concept revolves around delivering top-notch service without the stuffiness, making it a relaxed and welcoming space.
The Rabbithole's mission is to become a Hamburg staple, and we, Behind Bars, designed their custom Leon frontline and Paloma backline, integrated cooling, and unique mounting equipment. We worked closely with our client, Florian, to ensure they got their dream bar station, setting a perfect example of collaboration between client and BB.
